How It Works

The process..

We are often asked what is involved in getting your computer repaired, so we have put together a typical repair process below to give you an idea.  Some companies will charge you to tell you if, and how much, the repair will cost. We don’t think that is fair.  It may be too costly or not worth while repairing, so why should you pay to find out.

That’s why WE DO NOT CHARGE AN INSPECTION FEE!

So hopefully you are reading this because you have a faulty computer, iPad, iPhone or other peripheral.  Here’s how it works..

  1. Contact us to book an appointment to drop off your equipment.
  2. We will inspect and diagnose the problem FREE OF CHARGE.
  3. We will provide you with a FIXED PRICE without obligation.
  4. If accepted, you are kept informed of the progress of your repair.
  5. Repairs are normally completed within 72 hours.
  6. When ready you can either collect your repair in person or have it delivered.
  7. All repairs come with a Warranty.
  8. If you feel you have received the great service we aim to provide, please add your testimonial to our long list of already happy customers.
  9. If you wish to offer us any other feedback, good or bad, we really would like to know so we have the opportunity of putting things right or improving our services.

That’s all there is to it.  But sometimes flexibility is needed, so if you have any questions, please give us a call. We would love to speak to you.

This is the guy you want to fix your PC, dont look any further...

I sent out an email to 5 companies (I needed the cmos battery changed in my gaming PC as it woukd boot up to Bios).
Within 30 minutes I had a polite email back, saying the cost and that the job could be done straight away.

I took the pc straight away and within 1.5 hours I had a phone call saying the job was done.
The PC now works perfectly!

The price was also extremely reasonable!

I have used this company on three occasions, once for a tablet and twice for a laptop. Ian really knows his stuff, and is happy to share details of what the issue was and what has been done to fix it. I would not dream of going anywhere else to get my laptop fixed. Friendly, helpful computer repair service just about sums the company up. Prompt service, generous with their time, novices aren't made to feel stupid with helpful advice freely given. You are only charged for work actually done and are told if it would be cheaper to buy new rather than pay for a repair. Very honest! First port of call every time now!

Always get great service from Ian. Often he is able to help remotely which makes fixing my problem quick and easy. This time I had bought a new Mac. Took this and my old Mac to Ian and he transferred everything so that basically I just plugged everything in at home and away I went, everything was there and working just as it had on my old one. Have never had such an easy transition to a new computer. Now some people would say I could have done it myself but actually I wouldn't even know where to start and the stress and angst would have awful so do yourself a favour and just get Ian to do it (or any other glitches you have). Best computer decision ever made !
