I sent out an email to 5 companies (I needed the cmos battery changed in my gaming PC as it woukd boot up to Bios). Within 30 minutes I had a polite email back, saying the cost and that the job could be done straight away.

Always get great service from Ian. Often he is able to help remotely which makes fixing my problem quick and easy. This time I had bought a new Mac. Took this and my old Mac to Ian and he transferred everything so that basically I just plugged everything in at home and away I went, everything was there and working just as it had on my old one. Have never had such an easy transition to a new computer. Now some people would say I could have done it myself but actually I wouldn't even know where to start and the stress and angst would have awful so do yourself a favour and just get Ian to do it (or any other glitches you have).
